Ms. Joyita Sabharwal
Advocate and Solicitor, with 30 years of experience in the profession, she has extensive experience in complex real estate transactions represents Real Estate Developers, Land Owners, Real Estate Funds, Non-Banking Financial Companies, Co-operative Societies, Trusts and High Net Worth Individuals in a wide range of transactions covering acquisitions and transfers of residential and agriculture land, development and redevelopment under various town planning authorities and township guidelines, development of Integrated Township, malls, theatres, Special Economic Zones commercial complex, etc. She specializes in private client practice, due diligence, distressed real estate transactions and complex structured transaction documentation including joint developments, joint ventures, development managements in real estate sector and has an admirable understanding of regulatory requirements in a real estate development.
Joyita is a law graduate from the Government Law College and has completed her Masters in Conveyance and Real Estate from the University of Bombay. She is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 1990 and is also a Solicitor enrolled with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society since 1992.
Ms. Trupti Mehta
Advocate and Solicitor, with 30 years of experience in the profession, her area of expertise and specialization is core Conveyancing, resolving and closing complex real estate transactions of large land layouts under development, title investigation involving title lacunae, Condominium documentations of large residential and commercial complexes.
Trupti is a law graduate from the Government Law College. She is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 1990 and is also a Solicitor enrolled with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society since 1992.
Mr. Shrikant Kherkar
Advocate, with an experience of 12 years, he specializes in all aspects of agricultural lands, Integrated Townships, CIDCO lands, acquisitions, leases, redevelopments, due diligence of township lands and all related documentation. He also leads team based in the Firm’s office at Panvel. His proficiency in the local language gives him an edge in transactions relating to agricultural lands in Maharashtra.
Mr. Sachin Karia
Advocate and Solicitor with an experience of 10 years, he has expertise in complex real estate transactions including redevelopment under various town planning policies, structuring joint developments and Development Management for real estate, transaction documents, registration, advisory and quarterly compliance of Projects under provisions of RERA. He leads the litigation practice of the firm and regularly appears before MahaRera Authority, Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal and High Court of Judicature at Bombay.
Sachin has completed his master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Bombay. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and is also a Solicitor enrolled with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.
Mr. Mehul Gada
Advocate and Solicitor with an experience of 9 years, he has expertise in land acquisitions, complex redevelopment of properties under various town planning policies such as redevelopment of cessed and non-cessed properties owned by housing societies, MHADA and other statutory bodies, title due diligence and investigation, assignment of leasehold properties, sale and purchase of residential and commercial premises and transaction documents.
